Our Team

Tutors who've spent years on the SAT, specialized by section

A boutique team of SAT tutors specialized in either Math or Reading & Writing — fluent in the Bluebook format and graduated from top universities.

Our tutoring philosophy

Why a section-specialized faculty?

On the SAT, Math and Reading & Writing are two entirely different exams in their dynamics. Working with the right specialist for each is the shortest path to your target score.

Top-tier academic background

Our team graduated from top universities including Boğaziçi, METU, MIT, Columbia, and UPenn. Tutor selection requires both academic strength and a high SAT score.

Single-section mastery

Each tutor teaches one section only — Math or Reading & Writing — and is fluent in all four categories of that section. Not narrow expertise on a subtopic, but depth across the whole section.

Bluebook-fluent

Every tutor is firsthand-fluent in the College Board's Bluebook app, the module-adaptive system, the Desmos calculator, and new question types.

Continuity and tracking

The student works with the same tutor(s) throughout the program; practice analyses, homework reviews, and weekly plan revisions all live with that team.

FAQ

Tutor selection and matching

How tutors are matched, how a switch is handled, and how online tracking works.

How do you match a tutor to a student?

We use the current Math and R&W section scores, target score, test date, and weekly study time you share in the planning form. We profile the student against those five variables and recommend the best-fit tutor; if needed, the match can be revisited after the first lesson.

Do Math and Reading & Writing need different specialists?

Yes. Math and R&W are entirely different in their dynamics — every tutor on our team teaches one section only (Math or R&W). Students working on both sections meet with two specialist tutors separately.

Does the tutor change with the student's level?

Some tutors are stronger pushing advanced students toward 1500+; others are best at building a base for mid-range (500–650) students. Starting level is matched to those tutor profiles during the intake call.

How do practice test results shape the plan?

After every full-length test we break down accuracy by subscore. The tutor revises the weekly plan against that data; if the same domain underperforms two tests in a row, we add a dedicated block to the plan.

How is online tutoring tracked?

All lessons run on online platforms; homework, practice test results, and the plan live on our learning platform. WhatsApp or email is used for general communication.

Does the student stay with the same tutor end-to-end?

Yes — that's the design. The student stays with the starting tutor through their SAT exam; we change tutors only in the rare case of a poor match.

Meet the right tutor for you

Share your current Math and R&W levels, target score, and test date — we'll recommend the best-fit tutor from our pool. If the match isn't right, we can switch tutors after the first lesson.
