Terms of Service
By using SAT Courses and the practice-test platform you accept the terms below.
1. Parties
These terms are between TestPrep LLC., 777 NW 72nd Ave STE 1075, Miami, FL 33126, United States, which provides the service, and you as the user. Lessons are delivered online and at our centre in Istanbul.
2. Your account
You need an account to sit a practice test. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private; if you share your account, you are responsible for what the other person does with it. One person, one account.
3. Exam rules
The practice test mirrors real exam conditions: it opens in fullscreen, tab switching is not allowed and copying is blocked. These rules exist so the measurement is meaningful for you. If the system detects repeated tab switching the exam is terminated and that sitting counts as incomplete.
4. Content and copyright
Questions, solutions, lesson materials and site content belong to us. You may use them for your own study; you may not copy, distribute, sell or republish them elsewhere. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which does not endorse and is not affiliated with this site.
5. Fees and payment
The diagnostic test is free. Prices for paid services are shown on their pages, and the checkout states plainly which currency will be charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach us.
6. Cancellation and refunds
For group courses, if you are not happy after your first week you get a full refund, no questions asked. For private tutoring the measure is your first lesson: if it does not satisfy you, the fee is refunded in full. Just send your request through the contact page.
7. Limits of liability
A practice-test result is an estimate, not a guarantee of your real SAT score. We do not promise a particular score or university admission. We take reasonable care in providing the service; in case of technical outages, third-party failures or force majeure our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. An update takes effect when published on this page; if a change materially affects you we will tell you by email.
