Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

2. Personal data we process
- Identity: first name, surname
- Contact: email, phone
- Learning data: practice-test answers, scores, time per question, study streak
- Security: IP address, session and cookie records
- Financial: purchase record and invoice details (card data never reaches us)
3. Purposes
- Creating your account and delivering the practice-test service
- Producing your score report and progress analysis
- Answering your questions and requests
- Taking payment and meeting statutory record-keeping duties
- Protecting exam integrity (fullscreen and tab checks)
4. Legal basis
We process your data under Article 5 of the KVKK: because it is necessary to enter into and perform a contract, to meet our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests where these do not override your fundamental rights. Anything beyond that requires your explicit consent.
5. Recipients and transfers abroad
To provide the service your data is shared with providers located outside Türkiye: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database and authentication, Stripe for payment, Google Analytics for aggregate measurement. The data controller is itself a US-registered company. These transfers are necessary for the service and cover only the data the purpose requires; providers may not use it for their own ends.
6. Retention
Account and exam data are kept while your account exists. If you delete your account your learning data is erased; payment and invoice records must be retained for the period the applicable legislation requires.
7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly
- Ask for correction if the data is incomplete or wrong
- Ask for erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
- Learn the third parties data was transferred to and ask that corrections be notified to them
- Object to a result produced against you solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation if unlawful processing has caused you damage
