2. Main characteristics of what we sell

SAT private tutoring: one-to-one live online lessons of 90 minutes with a tutor. You can buy 1–10 lessons in one payment, or a package of 10 or 20 lessons; the number of lessons is shown in the order summary.
Ultimate Package (50 lessons): 50 private lessons plus 20 SAT practice tests and the SAT Question Bank (4 months' access), which unlock on your account when the payment goes through.
SAT group course: 72 hours of live online group classes over 16 weeks, on the course timetable, with 20 SAT practice tests and the SAT Question Bank (Full Access) included. Paid in one go or in 2 instalments.
SAT practice tests: digital tests sold singly or in packs of 5, 10 and 20. You choose the tests that go into your pack; tests you already own cannot be chosen. Each test can be taken up to 2 times and stays available for 12 months from the day it unlocks.
SAT question bank: a digital question bank (Reading & Writing, Math, or both as Full Access), bought with a one-time payment; it is not a subscription. Access lasts 120 days from the day it unlocks.
AI Tutor time: voice lessons with an AI tutor on your practice-test results, sold in 30-minute blocks. Minutes you do not use stay on your account.

3. Total price and payment

Prices on satcourses.net are shown and charged in euros, converted from the US-dollar list price at the current exchange rate. The total in the order summary at checkout is the final price you pay; no tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe by credit or debit card; your card details never reach us. Your invoice is sent to your email address. Instalments are available for the group course only: the first of 2 is taken at checkout and the next one month later from the same card, which is saved with Stripe for that purpose.

4. Delivery, performance and how digital content works

Private lessons take place online at the days and times agreed with you.
Group classes take place online at the days and times on the course timetable.
Live lessons are recorded; recordings can be watched for 14 days after each lesson.
Practice tests and the question bank unlock on your account as soon as the payment goes through, and are used on this site.
The Ultimate Package's practice tests and question bank unlock on your account as soon as the payment goes through.
The group course's question bank unlocks once the course's first week is over, and its practice tests on the day of the last topic lesson.
AI Tutor time is added to your account as soon as the payment goes through.
Digital content is used in a current web browser with an internet connection, signed in to the account you bought it with; AI Tutor lessons also need a microphone.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (the day you complete the payment).

Digital content (practice tests, the question bank, AI Tutor time, and the practice tests and question bank of the Ultimate Package): at checkout you expressly request that access starts immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU the right of withdrawal therefore ends when the content unlocks on your account or the minutes are added to it.

Lessons and the group course: at checkout you expressly request that the lessons start before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you told us (Article 14(3)); once the service has been fully provided you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 16(a)). Our own guarantees below go further and apply in addition.

To withdraw, tell us with a clear statement, for example by email to info@testprepeurope.com, before the period ends. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We refund all payments received from you, less any proportionate amount for lessons already provided, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are told of your decision, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you.

6. Guarantees and refunds

Private tutoring: if your first lesson does not satisfy you, the fee is refunded in full. A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or moved up to 3 hours before it starts; a lesson cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand counts as delivered and is not refunded.
Ultimate Package: on a refund, the list prices of its practice tests and question bank on the day you bought the package are deducted from what we return.
Group course: if you are not happy after the first week of classes, you get a full refund.
Practice tests, question bank and AI Tutor time: no withdrawal and no refund once unlocked on, or added to, your account.
Any other request, including unused lessons, is considered case by case.

Refunds go to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that what we provide conforms to the contract, are not affected.

7. Duration

Each order is a one-off contract. Lesson packages run until their lessons are used; the group course runs for its 16 weeks; digital content stays available for the period stated for it above. Nothing renews automatically.
